The course is intended to show the basins Italian extraction, to present the major processing companies and works with stone, the same applications on the transformation and design.
The aim of this course is to raise awareness on the issues of using the material during design and construction of objects of daily use, public works and private buildings, structures of various destination.
Will be presented with natural stone work done in the field of design.
Will be taught the basics for making a correct design analysis with application to models of the basic parameters. They will learn about new technologies and possibilities of today’s new multi-axis CNC machines compared with the great historical and artistic skills of our craftsmen.
Analysis of interior design and application of natural materials in the same or not.
Study of pre-production prototyping.
Analysis of law and international patent laws.
Visits to local design studios, companies, mining and processing of stone elements.
Creating a Personal Book with the work planned.
